Srechko Nikitovich was born on 28th September 1982 in the village of Miokovci near Chachak, the first of three children to father Milijan and mother Ljiljana.

   The forefathers of the Nikitovich family had fled from the Turks from Serbia to Montenegro, more precisely to the valley of the river Komarnica. From there, Nikita (from whom the family name derives) returned with his family to the  Chachak area cca. 1750.

 Srechko Nikitovich finished the Technical School in Chachak, and also the Belgrade Polytechnic High School, graphic design major in 2003. His graduation paper thesis was:  Influence of Heraldry on Graphic Design.

   He has been in the graphic design business from 2001, producing his work in digital form.

   His interest has always been focused on history, heraldry, vexillology and graphic design. His primary activity is study of symbols in various time periods, various cultures, as well as popular culture and discovering their importance and influence on human society. 
   Persistently searching for literature on heraldry, vexillology and people of similar interest, he met Nenad M. Jovanovich and Nebojsha Dikich and joined the ranks of the
Centre for Research of Orthodox Monarchism, that is its Board for Heraldic and Genealogical Studies.  

   As a result of their fruitful cooperation, his first heraldic piece was created – banner for the municipality of Shtrptze. Not long afterwards, he continued working on numerous heraldic projects, among which the most prestigious are:

   - Arms of His Royal Highness Prince Aleksandar Pavlov Karageorgevich. The work on the standardization and protection of heraldic and vexillological insignia of the Princely Branch of the Serbian Royal House of Karageorgevich was fully completed by the publication of the internal book of standards entitled “The System of Heraldic Insignia of the Princely Branch of the Serbian Royal House of Karageorgevich”.

   - Arms of His Royal Highness Dom Duarte Pio João Miguel Gabriel Rafael of Braganza (Portuguese Royal House of Braganza)

   - Arms of Her Royal Highness Dona Isabel Ines of Castro Curvelo of Heredia, duchess of Braganza

   - Arms of His Royal Highness Dom Infante Afonso de Santa Maria Miguel Gabriel Rafael of Herédia of Bragança, the heir of Portugal

   - Arms of His Royal Highness Dom Infante Dinis de Santa Maria Miguel Gabriel Rafael Francisco João of Herédia of Bragança, Duke of Porto

   - Arms of Her Royal Highness Dona Infanta Maria Francisca Isabel Micaela Gabriela Rafaela Paula of Herédia of Bragança

   - Arms of His Royal Highness Prince Giorgi Bagration-Mukhraneli (the Royal House of Bagration-Muhranski of Georgia)

   - Arms of His Majesty King Rukirabasija Agutamba Solomon Gafabusa Iguru The First, the forty-ninth Omukama of Bunyoro-Kitara

   - Arms of His Majesty King Jean-Baptist Kigeli V Ndahindurwa of Rwanda

 By the appointment of His Royal Highness Prince Aleksandar Pavlov Karageorgevich, he became Heraldic Artist of the Princely Branch of the Serbian Royal House of Karageorgevich. He is also active as Heraldic Artist in the abovementioned Centre.
